Such as a homeless man sleeping in front of my 3rd floor room,one winter morning. Then,canceling my mastercard bcus,they accidently,did not remove monet from it,after I paid my rent. Caused me to get a new card. I even told her they didn't take the money from my card. Then they canceled that card. Other than just being drunk all the time,it was nice,during the pandemic. But,no one wants to have just a sink to wash ur face in and then wash dishes in it. Life is better than that. The other manager,Sonia? She's a saint good woman.I was a very particular person myself. I washed my own linens,only wanted towels when they cleaned my room. Then,I found out myself,none of the vacuems they used had belts on them that worked!! None of them. I vacuumed my own room. Things like that,got me pissed...
