Customers were there, and the two cars that were there, the car hop was giving them their food, so I park and press the button, it took a good five minutes to answer the call, so finally an individual answers, later to find out. The manager, Mr rodriguez, I start ordering, mind u, I have ten employees, and I was pretty much going to get the same drink for everyone, cherry limeade, so ask, slush? I said sure, yes, and he says, call back when ready to order, and cuts me off, I'm there wondering wth just happened, I know, and I hear he answered the car next to me, and I say fudge this and start driving off. What really got me was that when I was on the other side driving off, the car hop comes out with a bag of ice, yes ice, he lost a $50 sale for ice... so I call and ask who's taking orders. And he says I am, ok, ur name? Nada. Ok let me speak to the manager, he says I am the manager.. give ur name... at this point, yes I'm pissed, and I tell him what he did and he says, I'm short staffed and really busy.. are u serious? There is two cars there, another car and me, the other two had left by now, ok give me ur dms #, he says there isn't anybody, just corporate, ok give me the number, and the punk tells me, it's on the Menu.... dude worst employee ever, I know I'm only one person, but I will never eat at any stars ever, and I will damn make sure none of my family does either
