Read MoreI used to be a regular here, the quality of the food and drinks used to be great. But the last 10 times i’ve come here, the quality and the service has been terrible. The amount of times my drink has been messed up here is insane, paying $7 for a coffee that’s not even good. Today the barista told me the reason there’s absolutely no foam on my drink, even though i payed EXTRA for it, is because one of their baristas made a bad batch. Why is that my fault as a customer? And make a new batch anyway, isn’t that what you’re supposed to do when you mess up something in the food industry? You don’t just keep serving the bad batch… Anyways my coworkers also constantly complain about this store. Hire some new people.
