I placed an order through the Starbucks app for pickup and arrived at the Starbucks location via drive through to pickup my order. I passed the intercom and drove directly to the service window. As soon as I pulled up, the gentleman working the window, without greeting me, said “you can’t just pull up to the window you need to speak in the intercom so we can be ready for you because we’re alittle backed up.”. There was no one inside the shop, and there were two other employees in the background chatting together, not looking like they were doing anything. I said “umm ok I can wait for it”, he then replied “you might have to drive back around if we don’t have it but what’s your name?” I told him my name Angela, and he stepped away and brought me my order and gave me an attitude as he was handing it over. He appeared to be frustrated and frazzled that I did not stop at the intercom and announce my arrival, even though there was no one in line ordering. This is not the first time I’ve been treated poorly at this location.
