That way if you love it you can ask for them, hate it make sure you request someone else. I have used this both ways, having a name on the cup makes it so much better, just show them the cup they fixit! they should do that at all branches no more "they had no hair and tats all up their arm. No more confusions. My fav barista is Chelsea at Smith's on 4th n 150 e Logan it
