Read MoreI come to this location all the time, and unfortunately today I wasn’t greeted with a warm welcome. The barista, Christina, seemed to have trouble with my drink order—I asked for an iced grande vanilla latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. She made the drink incorrectly, and instead of remaking it, she simply topped it off with the foam. When I expressed concern, she insisted that’s what she made. The result was essentially a cup of 2% milk with vanilla foam. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing.
