Placed a mobile order and paid for it. Arrived 5 minutes later and the counter's deserted. Nobody here, no signs saying "back in 5 minutes" - nothing. But I already paid - so now what?
Update: waited almost 10 minutes, nobody showed. I was able to get through to corporate and they gave me a refund, thank you - but that was a hassle because after choosing "call us" or "message us," the app takes you to a page that reads, "before you message/call us, do any of the options below address your situation?" I understand why they put the step in place. However, the app would not let me scroll all the way down to the bottom (where I assume there's a button saying "none of these work, I want to call or message you") (S24 Ultra), so I had to abandon both of those options before going to text.
