Read MoreI had ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam. I was given a black cold brew. When we told the barista that we wanted cold foam she said you have to order that. When we showed her the sticker on the cup which clearly showed thats what we ordered she took the cup walked away with it without saying anything. She brought the same cup back put it in front of us didn't say anything again (had done nothing to it at this point), she handled two other coffee orders that were ordered AFTER we told her about our wrong order, then put a separate hot cup (which we opened and saw the cold foam in it) next to us and walked away without saying anything yet. There were no other customers at the time so she didn't walk away quickly because of it being busy just rude and unprofessional. That would be the best words to describe this particular barista at this location.
