Read MoreI was quite impressed last night going to Sonic. It was about 7:15 pm, and I went through the drive through. I have a big family and therefore always a large order, most places I go there is almost always something missing or wrong, so I just expect it to happen. The person who took my order was friendly, didn’t make me feel like I was wasting her time or taking forever. My large order was correct, nothing missing, all the sauces were there, they recapped my order three times, and I even had napkins. The food was great, delivered quickly, I didn’t have to pull forward to wait, (I do a lot of places) and their parking lot was almost completely full. Awesome job! Kudos to you guys for prompt, super-friendly, excellent service, and great workflow, you can tell they have some good teamwork, and expediting. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience!
