On the way from SJ to Huntsville, Alabama, I had to lay over to Dallas Fort Worth Airport and on the way to the tramp, I saw this restaurant and they're actually cooking burgers with smokes and everything. So I stopped by to get a quick bite. Ordered a Truffle Mushroom Double and had to wait for a good 5 minutes because they're cooking mine in real time. Not microwave pre-cooked food.
Anyhow, it's one of the best burgers I've had, hot, juicy, cheese actually melted on the meat with real mushrooms sauté.
This is actually a new and surprised experience with Airport restaurant. If I ever get to lay over here again, I'll definitely come here for this truffle mushroom burger and may be have some time for fries.
