We ate there last night for the first time. We had no expectations, never having been there. But we were blown away with the quality of service and the fun atmosphere.
As a dining experience, I would have given it five stars for a good food and service. Now, don't get me wrong. The menu, prices, and quality are typical for a nicer Chinese restaurant. Not necessarily unique but very good. You could eat here only on recommendation of the food.
It's the entertainment and atmosphere that really seal the deal. Everyone is having a good time, staff included.
The entertainment featured three different solo singers. Each of them were good and so fun to listen to. The genre they performed was generally old school, as in Frank Sinatra era.
The only thing to be aware of is that during the performance, it is quite loud. So if you're really looking to engage in conversation, it's pretty hard to hear while they're singing.
I'm not sure what is typical, but the performance started about 7:30 p.m. and ended at about 8:30 p.m. By 9:00, the restaurant was more or less empty and the staff was cleaning up for close.
Parking is tight but adequate.
