Read MoreI recently visited Silver Creek and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the service was poor and inattentive. It took a long time for anyone to acknowledge me, and even longer to get a menu or place my order.
When my food finally arrived, it was freezing cold. I addressed the issue immediately, hoping for a resolution. However, when I spoke with the manager (who I later found out was also the owner), she was incredibly confrontational. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she seemed defensive and unwilling to resolve the problem in a constructive way.
For a place that prides itself on good food and service, my experience was far below expectations. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
