Spacious place. Went there for lunch and there was a long line but it moved fast. Friendly quick service. Had the brisket sandwich it was very delicious. The lemon cake and poppy seed cake were not very moist.

I would take this pastrami sandwich over Katz’s any day. Grew up coming to Shapiro’s and it is consistently great. It had been 10 years since my last trip back to Indy and much has changed with the exception of this restaurant.

This place absolutely lives up to the hype. Best Reuben in the state of Indiana? No. Best Reuben in the entire country. No comparison. Everything taste fresh. Service is friendly and speedy. Absolutely will dine here again.
