I generally love this place, however…the last two experiences have been bad:
1-Sent back wings that were bland and very tough and fries that were cold. They put the fries back in the fryer.

1-Sent back wings that were bland and very tough and fries that were cold. They put the fries back in the fryer.
2-Ordered buffalo chicken sandwich (which is usually very good). I waited in line for 15 minutes just to order, they let my food cool rather than tell me it was ready, and the chicken came coated with honey mustard rather than bleu cheese.
I’m seeing new counter people and cooks. I will give it one more try and hope this is just a blip on the radar.
