The location is right by the Towson Circle, where you have to wrave in a circle of traffic and choose between Joppa Rd, York Rd and Dulaney Valley. The only parking situation you have, includes having to walk a block or 2 and maybe crossing a busy street.
Shake Shack has no meals or combos. So, you have to order every item. They only cook the burgers medium well, so, no point in asking for it to be cooked well done. The foo, itself, is pretty good. The pricing is more than your regular fast food chains, but, lower than 5 Guys.
The service at this particular location leaves much to be desired. The cashier did not tell me there were no combo meals at Shake Shack, the active manager did. And, when I got my order and it wad only a burger and milkshake, no fries, and I said something, they got smart with me. Even tild me "bye, bye" like that was gonna make me not want fries still. The issue got resolved, but, that still left a nasty impression on me, as far as service goes.
I can't recommend this location for that reason. You may be better off utilizing a delivery app to order food from here.
