Prices were crazy, but that's to be expected. They provide seafood that isn't available anywhere else in town really. For that I am appreciative, but also let down. I was hoping for blue crab on the menu. They had it. I've been chasing the satisfaction that only a whole-fried blue crab can provide me. When I saw that among the typical lobster tail, snow and king crab legs, there it was: Blue Crab. Each choice of protein had above it an image of what was to be expected. Thick, robust legs above the king crab option and smaller, but still just as respectable legs above the snow crab. The shrimp, lobster and crawfish were all depicted the same way. The image above the "Blue Crab" option was exactly that... an image of a whole blue crab. A guest could expect that they would be receiving an order of whole blue crab... right? That was not the case. When the food was delivered to the table it was glorious. Huge king crab legs, lobster tails and piles of crawfish just as you'd expect from the menu... Imagine the disappointment that washed over me when our waitress brought my food. Before me did not sit a glorious blue crab dinner as depicted in the menu.... It was the legs of a blue crab. No where in the menu did the restaurant depict the blue crab meal as blue crab legs. In each instance of mentioning king or snow crab on that menu there was a long side it that oh so important element of the meal... LEGS! Could this entire review be shot down on the fact that I neglected to request an actual description of the food that I was ordering? Maybe... But is it so ignorant for me to have assumed that ONE of THREE options of crab; the one option that not once was listed as merely the LEGS of the crab, was infact NOT just the legs of the crab?! I don't think it is. I'm so far beyond returning to this establishment on the basis of that alone. This is the hill I will stand on and it's the hill I will die on... The service wasn't great. We had a party of 11 so I get that attention is stretched, but I had to ask for refills not only for myself but for others in the party because they just didn't notice.
