A gorgeous Bodega Bay home, located in a quiet upscale neighborhood, featuring stunning views of the ocean as well as the neighboring farms and hills. The way the house is situated makes it feel very, very private. Other than a few folks taking walks we never saw a neighbor.
The home has been extensively remodeled with upgraded everything and really feels new. On entering the foyer your attention is immediately drawn to the open floorplan and generous large windows facing drop-dead views of the ocean. Whether in the kitchen, dining area, main living space or upstairs bedroom there are large windows/sliding doors providing lots of light and those magnificent views. Sip your coffee or cocktail morning or evening with a crackling fire while gazing at the ocean and enjoy the wildlife visiting the backyard. The host provides wildlife food which attracted deer, bunnies, quail and other birds to the backyard each day of our stay.
EVERTHING you could possibly want is provided by the host. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked, the bathrooms have plentiful amenities, there are binoculars/spotting scope to watch for whales. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, kites and beach towels are provided for your beaching experience. Ping-Pong, corn hole as well as other indoor games are provided. A multilevel rear deck features a brand-new Spa, separate lounging area with gas firepit and several Adirondack chairs on the lawn for more stargazing. A comfortable protected courtyard in the front has several seating areas. A storage space is stocked with comfy cushions designed for all the exterior seating areas. A spacious 2-car garage is also at your disposal.
Without exaggeration, the host for this property is the best I’ve ever experienced! From the moment I inquired about the property until our departure the host was always available to help make our stay exceedingly easy. The host has developed an easy to download and use app that quite literally answers every imaginable question about the area, the house, how things work in the house, how to get around, dining and shopping information and points of interest, pre-visit information, etc.
We will definitely be back for more amazing days at Sea-renity!
