Read MoreI had a really disappointing service here today. I ordered a single Pad Thai to go. The server said it would be about 10-15 minutes, so I sat down to wait on a chair by the door and counter. 30 minutes later I saw the server hand a man who ordered after me (coincidentally one pad thai to go too) his meal. So, I got up to ask how much longer I should expect to wait for mine, but she had already disappeared into the kitchen. After waiting a few minutes, another server came up. She asked what I ordered and then the original server came out of the kitchen and saw it was me. She grabbed it off the shelf and handed it to me. Apparently, it had already been done. But, she hadn’t felt the need to hand it to me like she had the guy who ordered after me. Nor had anyone called out my name like they did to a few orders that had came in those 30 minutes I waited. So, my food had just sat there. I don’t know for how long, but it was room-temp instead of hot by the time I got it. I don’t know why my name wasn’t called like they did for others or she didn’t bring my food like she did for the guy. So, this was just really disappointing. And, I’m not exaggerating about waiting 30minutes either (I ordered at 1:06 and stood up to ask about my food at 1:36). So, just dissatisfied.
