We've always talked about it in the past but fell short of accomplishing this...until recently. On the evening of 8 Jun 2024, we ate at the restaurant during the late hours because we had a late lunch/brunch. We ordered the same thing we normally do; Skye Canyon Dinner Special (w/Ultimate Tuna Roll and Caterpillar Roll), Cucumber Roll, Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Gyoza, Miso Soup, and Tonkotsu Soup, and Spring Roll. Although, we've tried majority of these items during previous visits, I will add that the Spring Rolls and Tonkotsu Soup were new to our list.
Overall, everything was still phenomenal just like all the previous visits I've experienced. The customer service is hands-down exceptional - those employees are always efficient. An honorable mention about this restaurant is that I appreciate how this business supports the active men and women of the Armed Forces to include its Veterans. I've added new photos to this review and my overall rating remains the same as before. Highly recommend!

My family and I have eaten here several times now and I kept forgetting to rate/comment on this business, until now. Every time we eat here, we typically order takeout or get it delivered - we have yet to dine in at this restaurant so unfortunately, I cannot provide any tableside service reviews/comments.
The food here is excellent; we've tried the miso soup, gyoza, chicken wings, salmon skin salad, tuna poke, tuna roll, crabstick sushi, cucumber roll, spicy tuna roll, ultimate tuna roll, caterpillar roll, Alaska roll, surf and turf roll, tonkotsu ramen, chicken teriyaki, beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki bowl, beef teriyaki bowl, and Skye Canyon dinner special. Obviously, this was experienced throughout the many visits to this restaurant. Out of all the menu items that we've tried thus far, the ramen are probably the less desirable items. Although the ramen broth tasted good, I just wished there were more ingredients. But, we don't come here for the ramen anyways. The sushi/nigiri are great - I was skeptical at first because having sushi delivered doesn't sound that appealing to me, but since they're quick with the delivery, the quality is phenomenal.
The folks working here are very friendly - specifically the ladies who take the orders over the phone or in person. Well, I guess they're the only ones anyone would ever talk to because the others are behind the counter making the sushi and cooking in the back. There was only one time where the wait time was slightly longer than normal; however, it was excusable because for some reason, I just happen to be there when it was busier than normal. Otherwise, every time I order food for takeout or delivery, the service is great!
