The moment I walked into Saisaki, I knew I was in for something special. The elegant decor, warm lighting, and carefully curated atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a top-tier dining experience. Every detail, from the stylish presentation to the welcoming energy of the space, hinted at the culinary excellence that was about to unfold.
I ordered the Crispy Chicken Katsu, a traditional fried chicken breast served with a medley of broccoli, carrots, zucchini, onions, and a side of rice. The moment the plate arrived, I could already tell I was in for a treat. The chicken was golden and perfectly crisp on the outside, yet inside, it remained tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The balance between the crunchy coating and the succulent interior was simply divine.
What truly elevated this dish, however, was the combination of vegetables. The broccoli was slightly crisp, adding a fresh bite, while the carrots and zucchini brought in a subtle sweetness that complemented the savoriness of the Katsu. The onions, cooked just enough to bring out their natural sweetness, tied everything together beautifully. Each bite was a perfect fusion of textures and flavors, enhanced even further when paired with the fluffy, well-cooked rice.
