It's our go to place now.Food: Their Brisket is moist and tender with a tasty smoked flavor. Ribs are juicy, tender and a mild flavor, keeping the integrity of the meat intact. Turkey (wife preferred) is similar to the ribs, not over powered on flavor but enough to give it a great overall taste. This goes without saying it is also cooked to perfection: moist, tender and lean. My Favorite: the Rowdy Dog. The Rowdy Dog is a perfectly cooked sausage with a casing that gives you a "pop" when you bite into it, with an ideal hint of spices and pepper. It is placed on a hotdog bun and topped with chopped brisket. You can opt to add BBQ sauce for extra flavor as well as their pickled onions/pickles and Jalapeño to all their plates.Portion: their portions are super filling. If you are really hungry, this will definitely get you filled, especially their Rowdy Dog.Location: Their location is right off Expressway 83 in Peñitas, TX (across from Funeral home). Make sure you don't miss the entrance or you will have to do a U-Turn and try again. They have a Dine-in (In or Out Door) and Take-out option. I have yet to step indoor as I always takeout from the Food Truck.Price: they price is what I would call proper for the quality of meat and serving size. They do have daily specials on certain items.Availability: Their food goes quick so make sure to get them asap!Overall: Try them out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!
