The menu is full of dishes most would recognize, but almost every recipe is elevated a notch to make it unique and...Idk...culinary bistro esque? Lol. The rosa negra guacamole is wonderful. I thought I'd tried every guacamole recipe under the sun but I was wrong. Loved the Christmas touch on the sangria with fresh cranberries and cute ornament! I'm vegetarian, so it was a bit challenging to find suitable dishes on the menu, but everything they brought to the table was delicious. Oh! And the chips! They're slightly thicker than normal and taste homemade. We'll be back. I want to come back when they have flamenco.
