On a thrifting trip to Paradise, and decided to stop by this truck after seeing the lines EVERYTIME I'm here, cuz... you know, seeing is believing. Well, not always. The menu itself is smallish, keeping with most food trucks that serve burgers. I ordered the #1 special, a 1/2 lb cheeseburger with onion rings for $10.50, and proceeded to wait. No more than 10 minutes later, I'm sitting to eat. First things first... only 6 onion rings came with the order!! I mean, looking at them they looked perfectly cooked and eating them with the accompanied ranch dressing was great, just not enough. I could've had at least 12 to make it worth the price. The burger, as from the picture, was a decent burger, but cooked well. A little pink would've been nice, but it might've been there for awhile. It came with lettuce, tomato, and red onion (a plus), but the ketchup and mustard were in packs... meaning you controlled the amount. Eating it was...alright, but not the best due to the dry patties. Beggars can't be choosers and there are few options in town, BUT, I'll try a sit-down diner for a burger next time, or add an order of rings with the special. I'll try it again with a different burger, and see if I can give Robbie's another star.
