My order was messed up, and rather than correcting it properly, I was handed the missing peanut butter to add myself and noticed that the whey protein was barely sprinkled on. If I wanted to make my own bowl, I could have stayed home.
I’ve always appreciated this place, but today’s visit felt like customer care was no longer a priority. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other açaí bowl spots in Fresno, and I’d rather support one that takes pride in getting the order right—and making it right when they made a mistake.
