I’ve visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were underwhelming. While the service was polite, it was slow on both occasions, and the food was disappointing.
On my most recent visit, I ordered chicken tacos, which were incredibly bland. I tried to find something redeeming about the dish, but the only item that was even decent were the charro beans. The salsa was extremely spicy, watery, and lacked flavor—it didn’t resemble salsa to me at all. The rice tasted like a microwaved packet—mushy and flavorless. The tacos themselves were plain, with chicken that was so unappetizing it could have come from a can.
To make matters worse, I ordered a second beer on tap, but it took so long to arrive that I had to cancel it because we were already finished.
The only positives about this place are the concept and the view by the river. Unfortunately, those aren’t enough to bring me back.
