Read MoreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Rewind, where the food and service exceeded my expectations. Mary, our bartender, added such a warm and welcoming energy to the experience. Her friendly attitude and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and she ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit.
I ordered the salmon topped with shrimp in a Cajun cream sauce, and every bite was incredible. The fish was perfectly flaky, and the sauce was rich, creamy, and seasoned with just the right amount of Cajun spice. It was served on a bed of fresh, leafy lettuce, adding a nice, crisp contrast.
For sides, I chose the creamy mashed potatoes and the savory mac and cheese. The mashed potatoes were smooth and buttery, and the mac and cheese was rich, cheesy, and pure comfort.
To end the meal, I had the whipped strawberry cheesecake, which was light, airy, and perfectly sweet—a beautiful finish to an excellent meal. Mary also crafted a delicious cosmopolitan that was sweet and refreshing, just right for a happy hour drink.
