The manager is amazing when it comes to supporting our community and prioritizing the customer. 8 years ago, I was a first year teacher and the store gave my entire class coupons. I called and asked about being able to redeem them for our field day. Not only did the manager agree, he delivered them all to the school for free!
Very recently we stopped in on my daughter’s birthday, but struggled with figuring out how to get the app to work. The manager helped us navigate the app, but the email never came through. Instead of turning us away, he gifted my daughter her birthday meal, and it was probably her favorite gift of the day honestly lol We like to prioritize supporting local businesses and while Cane’s is a chain, we’ll continue to support this store as they invest so much into our community!
