Read MoreRecently, I organized a party at Prestige Palace bar and lounge, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to their unethical business practices. Initially, we had agreed upon a specific price for renting the venue, but on the day of the event, once the event had started, they unexpectedly charged me with additional fees that were never mentioned before.
This attempt to extract more money from me not only left me frustrated, but it also caused unnecessary stress and confusion on what should have been a joyful occasion. It became evident that their main focus was solely on maximizing their profits rather than providing a fair and transparent service.
Although the owner kindly allowed us to set up a day early, the surprise of extra fees completely negated this courtesy. I was deeply disappointed to witness the rude behavior of the bartenders towards my guests. To make matters worse, I even caught one of the bartenders helping herself to the food that I had paid for, which was extremely upsetting.
As a customer, I strongly believe in honoring agreements and maintaining open communication. It is disheartening to come across businesses that prioritize financial gains over building trust and delivering a positive experience for their customers.
I strongly urge others to exercise caution when considering Prestige Palace bar and lounge for their events. The unprofessional behavior, lack of transparency, and attempt to exploit customers financially not only reflect poorly on their professionalism but also tarnish the overall experience. I sincerely hope that they will reevaluate their business practices and prioritize fair and honest dealings in the future.
