Read MoreThank you to the two women who took my order 10 mins before close the other night. Given everything going on, you could have just ignored the call or told me "sorry, we're closed." Wouldn't be the first time I've recently called a restaurant within 30 minutes of closing and they wouldn't take my order.
Not only did they take it, but they were polite and friendly about the whole thing. I've worked in food service for many years and understand that irritation of getting that order just before closing. I normally try not to do it, but when you have a pregnant wife at home, things don't always follow a set schedule. Those two employees probably didn't even realize that simple sandwich really made a pregnant women's night, so thank you!
