If this was my place, I'd come in & do an overhaul on the staff.
Wait times were out of control while I could clearly see the people behind the counter poking about, not particularly caring. They were out of almost everything, there was way too much seasoning on the fries because heaping scoops were thrown in instead of bothering to level them.
Didn't bother to finish them.
Questions & requests were met with the bare minimum of what might be considered a response & the workers both generally maintained an air of indifference & not really wanting to be there.
It's well known that the owner of a restaurant never gets a day off. Without yourself personally, or a family member, being there, you start to lose money.
For reasons like these..
With attitudes like these, you can be sure the employees are giving & throwing away product & probably pocketing some too.
Please come back & whip this up. This used to be such a good place. I'd hate to see it sink because some punk kids that don't care about it.
