Target is everyone’s favorite store they just have good products - a step above Walmart - and ladies you know - target runs are therapeutic sometimes. Being there and walking around and seeing all the cute stuff. But life happens and sometimes we have to do curbside.. unfortunately, this is the 2nd time curbside charged me for items that were missing from my curbside order. They also shoved a tiny little dainty necklace at the bottom of a bag with heavy cardboard and plastic- but the purse and earrings were in their own bag. Which makes sense they are accessories. So what’s up with shoving the fragile necklace into the heavy , full bag of household items , instead of putting it in the bag with the accessories that are literally all in the same section? And the shirt I’m missing is in the same product display table as another shirt I did recieve.. it feels like they have no training no organization. And then when I filled out the return/ refund issue page- they gave me the option to do a survey with feedback. I filled the whole thing out it took me a good 5 minutes. Which is a lot when you have newborn twins who still don’t have a normal sleep schedule. So after I filled out the survey when I pressed submit literally nothing happened. It’s a joke. We go to target and spend a little extra because we know y’all have good taste and quality. But target pays very low and it seems like the employees aren’t happy if they don’t even double check or try a little bit to get the order right. I also know two 19 year old males who both are hard workers and responsible good young men and they both have retail experience and neither of them got a call back or a chance for the interview, when y’all were actively hiring. I was offered a job there and the pay was low- and the job description was a lot. As a Starbucks barista. Cleaning , cashier , food prep, drink prep, stocking . And your baristas are not allowed to accept tips. And I heard from other former target baristas that some days your by yourself and you have to do so much and it’s super hectic . So y’all make your baristas do all of the duties of a normal Starbucks barista- and you also make them be a cashier on top of that which is so dumb they have so much to do and they have to ring up tons of stuff for customers on top of that. And then you pay less than Starbucks . Yet these two strong, 💪🏾responsible young men apply and are just willing to hustle and have a job while going to acc - they are young and totally okay with 14/15 an hour. And they get no call back no chance. It’s just silly . HEB, Walmart , the outlet retail stores, chick- fil- a and QT pay their employees more than target. Do better I’m so serious - the audacity Target, really?
