"Absolutely unacceptable service and management!"14JAN25 I placed an order through the app at 4:30 PM for pickup at 5:00 PM. Arrived early at 4:50 PM, but my order was nowhere to be found. After a search, they finally located it – the last ticket on the printer, not even on the board yet! The ticket was then placed at the end of the others even though I ordered and paid 30 minutes before/It gets worse. At 5:15 PM, my order still wasn't ready. They hadn't even cooked the chicken for my 8-piece meal! With my schedule, I couldn't wait any longer and requested a refund.The manager's response was appalling. Not only did he refuse the refund, but he also threatened to call security because I was recording our conversation (which, by the way, did not capture any sensitive areas of the base).This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The manager clearly needs retraining or replacement, and the kitchen staff needs to seriously improve their order fulfillment and inventory management. Avoid this place until they get their act together!
