GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ♿️
The prices are a good deal if you know how much food they're feeding you (a LOT), and their food is super delicious! It's not "spicy" as in "hot" but as in "flavorful"—it's not Cajun food, but that's the closest comparison. I think the unfamiliar flavor can make it an acquired taste for some, but you won't mind acquiring it because once you've tried their food, you'll want to try all their dishes! New food is just the thing we need when we're sick of eating the same stuff all the time.
None of this is the reason for my rating, however. I've gotten around to leaving a review because they have life-changing customer service. And I mean that literally, without hyperbole—for some of us. Because some of us are disabled.
Disabled people often get the worst customer service because there's a lot of ignorance in the world and not a lot of patience. Dear Deaf Fayetteville: I have eaten at every restaurant on that street, and if you have to pick one, eat here. I didn't have to struggle to order, because they didn't force me to speak or lip-read! They immediately switched to text communication without a hassle. And they checked in with me like with other customers, asking how my food was and just mannerly small talk like that. It was really nice to NOT be ignored and overall treated like a bother to interact with...the second someone realizes you're disabled.
There are places where I'm a regular that don't show me the consideration I got here as a first-time customer. I would highly recommend them for that alone, but it surely helps that the food is very tasty, too. =)
