This review is a bit difficult.
The establishment itself is very rundown, and looks to be struggling. Soda coolers were empty, vending machines empty, no ice for the soda fountain and the tables seemed a little grimy.

The establishment itself is very rundown, and looks to be struggling. Soda coolers were empty, vending machines empty, no ice for the soda fountain and the tables seemed a little grimy.
The staff was less than welcoming and almost seemed annoyed that we placed an order.
HOWEVER, the pizza itself was exceptional.
Based on the food alone, and if ordering take-out, this establishment would easily get 5 stars.
But as a dine-in visit, or a enjoyable dining visit, it ranks 1 star.
