The place was practically empty. Waiters and servers were standing around. Made eye contact with us several times. Did not even greet us.
Once we were finally seated which was 25 minutes later, we quickly looked to see what we wanted, because based on our last experience if you don’t order right when the Waiter comes they will make you wait forever
Once seated, we sat there for 15 minutes. No service. Finally we had to wave down a waitress at the counter who then walked over to take our order.
Another 20 minutes go by, we get our first appetizer. 45 minutes later we get one of our entrees we ordered. 20 minutes after that we got our last entree order
Needless to say. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service here. The food was great. But how can I eat your food if you don’t serve me.
I usually tip, but this visit. Absolutely not. If this restaurant were in any other city that had more options of places to eat, I think they would be out of business
This place definitely has potential but. Customer service and attending to your guest who are hungry. Should be priority one
