The Bun Bo Hue was excellent, with thinly sliced brisket and a slightly sweet broth. Traditionally, it includes pork blood, but they do not use any here. The Pho Dac Biet was aromatic from the herbs. The broth had a sweetness, likely from rock sugar, though it could have used more salt or MSG. The sate chili on the table tasted stale. The Grilled Pork Banh Mi was creamy, and the meat was easy to bite into. A good sandwich, but honestly not the best I’ve had.
