At Pho 21, you get your money’s worth. The flavors are typical of Vietnamese cuisine, but the portions are big. My wife and I came for a late lunch. I had the beef short rib, while my wife had the seafood pho. We also got the spring rolls for an appetizer. It’s a hefty portion of beef short rib you get. The meat slips off the bone, and is tender to the bite. The broth itself is that refreshing, herbaceous goodness you’d expect from pho. There’s a lot of noodles too, fresh and perfect texture. The seafood pho was equally delicious, lots of shrimp, squid, and scallops in it.
They seem to get busy during peak hours. They have tablet where you can join a waitlist, but no staff was attending to it when we came. Nevertheless, we were seated immediately. They have call buttons for service, so you don’t have to be constantly turning your head to get someone’s attention. Service is prompt, and they also have a service robots that bring items to your table. Maybe next time we will be served by one of the robots. Parking is available but it might get crowded during peak hours. Overall, Pho 21 is a good option if you want a pho fix.
