Read MoreI went in recently, was having a really tough day, was tired and “hangry” but even though I wasn’t feeling very good, Matilda was soooooooo kind and she lifted my spirits. I not only went home with a delicious pizza but I went home with a smile on my face. I absolutely love when people are kind, when they can do something nice to make a positive impact on others, when they are sincere with the way they treat a customer or people in general. To me, that is quality customer service. I wish I could call up her parents or family and say “amazing job at raising such a kindhearted and hardworking young woman!” And I totally would! Haha! I love service that leaves me feeling better than when I walked in. I have a pain and brain disease and I feel awful quite often, but I will always be kind to others-no matter how awful I may feel that day-and Matilda totally lifted my spirits and took my mind off of my pain for a little bit: I wish there were more “Matilda’s “ out there. Shes a keeper for sure! Please thank her, from the corporation. People don’t get enough recognition these days. Most of the surveys or news reports are all about negative or horrible things. I believe the positive and happy, kind people who “make another person’s day a little better “ should be more recognized and rewarded. Thank you Matilda! You Rock!!!!!!!! I’d hire you in any company that i owned or operated. Keep being your kind self!
