If on the off chance a customer was disrespectful to the establishment, and other people working, or visiting, let the employees know so that it can be cleaned quickly for your usage.
As for the staff, they may be busy, but find time to greet you. The more frequent you visit, the longer the greeting becomes, and personalized.
The food, and beverages in their menu that I have tried tastes great, and encourages me to stay away from greasy fast food joints. Panera has helped me stay clean for three years.
