Read MoreI don't plan on going here anymore, I was sick and opted for a quick fast food option here but it wasn't quick. I had to go back because they forgot 2 bread bowls and baguettes. I wanted them warmed up, they weren't warmed up, the bread bowls were not even cut from the top. This is the third time this year this happened. And I've only been here 3 times this year lol.Lady with black hair who presumably looks like a manager or supervisor is not very nice either. Not sure what she gained from asking if I'm the person who wanted the asiago bagel toasted and then not toasted? They forgot to get my name, yes I got the asiago bagel and yes, I decided I wanted it toasted? Jeez, such misery here.It's always been like this here, the atmosphere at this Panera is awful, staff often does not get orders right, massive waste of my time because I have to come back, and more often than not they are rude. You work at Panera, not for Gordon Ramsey. Gordon Ramsey wouldn't put up with this insolence though. So either way, yeah y'all suck. I would have said this in person but with a rising fever and sore throat, I had to save my energy.Oh and shout out to that manager for telling me no when I asked if I could have a more fresh baguette. I asked for it to be warmed and I was simply given the stale bread from the front. But she did tell me something important, I already knew this but she said all the bread is the same and isn't made there. Which isn't what I was asking...but thanks for letting me know everything is frozen and not fresh whatsoever 🙃 I knew that, but let's let others know too!! 🎉 I appreciate the knowledge you've provided us 🙂Oh and it's an absolute pig stein in here. Filthy, if u thought take out was bad, dining in is even worse.
