Read MoreHave been a long time patron of Panera Bread but this experience was one of the worst that I have ever had at this chain. Food was good but service was poor (very understaffed) and nothing was stocked. They were out of coffee, tea, lemons, and more. Order took more than 20 minutes to fill and was not accurate. In addition, the condition of this location is terrible. They are having floor/foundation issues resulting in a majority of the seating being closed. There were visible roof leaks. Will not be back to this location and message to Panera, you CAN and SHOULD do better! Your customers deserve so much more!
