Read MoreTerrible manager! I complained because I paid 6 bucks for what is already a small mango smoothie. But when I got it, it was lacking considerably. See pic. So I complained and demanded for a more full cup which is what I paid for. The woman behind the counter explained that those are the portions, that they are only required to make it up to the first line. (Which wasn’t even at first line). I said I disagree it is too empty. I asked to speak to a manager and she sarcastically said “hi, how May I help you?!” After my meal I asked another employee if there was another manager and spoke to him. There is no need to speak to a customer like that! I proceeded to place a to go order. Sure enough the issue manager served the soup and set it aside. Server someone else, and then waited a moment just to plop the order on the counter, and walked away. VERY RUDE! So I told her she has terrible customer service. She should find a different job I said. She then proceeded to argue with me and give me more rude remarks! Unbelievable!!! The food is mediocre and expensive, and on top of that terrible service?!?! Unbelievable!!!
