Best fried shrimp in Austin. Oysters Ranchero were incredible broiled with Pico De Gallo and provolone cheese! Love the fried crab fingers too. Thanks for the great service Manny.

Man, ohhh, Man! Pacific Star was On-Point today! The Gulf Oysters were the best I’ve had in years!!! And the shrimp and oyster platter was so delish! Looking forward to going back later in the week for crawfish… they didn’t have any today!

Food here is very good. Enjoyed the Catfish. Flaky and made just right. The gumbo was excellent. Could be a little spicier for my tastes. Was greeted as I walked in. My server was very polite and helpful.

The blackened catfish was quite tasty, not as "blackened" as I'm used to, but not oversalted and with a distinct black pepper edge. Wanted chowder but they specialize in gumbo and it was good; loaded with shrimp and bits of fish.
