Had an amazing time eating and then coming back. Food was great, employees are gracious and John Paul, owner is kind. Recommend going here. So many people eat here often...definitely an icon in the community.

There is good Mexican food then there is great mexican food. And PCS is the best I have had in New Mexico, period. The best Chile Rellenos period.

PCs has an excellent New Mexico cuisine. I had the carnitas plate, and the green and red chile were very tasty without being blisteringly hot. Everyone in my party (six of us) had different items, and ALL were impressed. Well done!

My favorite restaurant in the whole wide world!!! Highly recommend the Navajo taco one of their best dishes. Staff is incredibly friendly the price is incredibly reasonable, for me and another person it’s about $36. Highly recommend

Got seated immediately. Was brought chips and salsa by waitress even though I was the only one seated and took my drink order. She also made sure all drinks were refilled and never went dry. Excellent service.
