I give 0 star for the service because they’re not honest.
Firstly, they charge my kid full price automatically without any notification. When I check with the cashier, she start to ask, and tell me 9 years old kid should pay full price.
Secondly, they charge me $10.00 leftover ( but only 6 pieces Rolls).
Thirdly, we pay cash, but they still charge POS Providers Fee. I cannot understand why.
Even more, the recommend tips amount is after POS Providers Fee. Why do customers pay tips after POS Providers Fee? It’s cheating.
As my bill, the price before tax is $173.95, so 18% tips should be $31.31.
The price after POS Providers Fee is $179.17, so the 18% tips is increased to $32.25 which is the same amount as the receipt. Although it’s very small amount, but in my opinion, the owner should be honest and no cheating.
Although I’m very unhappy, but I still tip $30.00.
