Read MoreI've been here many times over many years, and I want to love this place but it has unfortunately continued to get worse and worse. Some of the servers are fantastic and the food is always good, but patrons are treated horribly. I would give them 5 stars if they still served the old Intelligentsia coffee, I would forgive them anything for having the best cappuccino in town, but even that is gone now... My recent dining experience today will be my last, after I was told we could no longer order from the table (that policy changes often), and that I had to pick up my own drinks from the counter and carry them to my table (even though the waitress brought drinks to the gentleman sitting behind me), and when I asked for a high chair they told me to grab it myself from the back. Every dining experience here leaves a bad taste in my mouth (but not from the food, again that is solid) and takes forever due to bad service and lack of attention from the staff. I'm sorry to say that no, I do not recommend this place, and I'll never be coming back (unless perhaps it changes ownership).
