Read MoreThis place caught my eye as I was driving by and I checked out their menu online. The fried waffle ice cream sandwich caught my attention so I marked this place to visit at a later day. I finally got a chance to stop by today and placed and order of tater tots, mozzarella sticks, and the fried waffle ice cream sandwich to go. I paid for my order and was waiting for my food when the attendant came out and asked me how long it would be before I would get to where I was going. He asked because he didn’t want to make the ice cream sandwich only for it to be melted by the time I got home. I told them I’ll eat it there and they went ahead and made it for me to eat there. When I first saw it I wasn’t impressed. Looked like 2 scoops in between 2 square waffles with some powder sugar on them. Once I tried it, I was
blown away. It was if though I was eating a funnel cake with ice cream and if you’ve never had that, then trust me it tastes really good.
The tater tots were good also. Even through they were fried, they weren’t over saturated with oil like at other places.
Overall, I was pleased with the food and service. The only negative to report is that unfortunately the prices are higher than the menus posted online. So expect to pay a little more and if you are having the fried waffle ice cream sandwich, then have it there.
