Upon checking into our room, there was a dog, possibly multiple dogs barking non stop from the room next door to us. It went on for 30 minutes straight. We went to the front desk, and while they were sympathetic to the issue, there wasn't much they could do since the people who rented that room with the dogs were not in the room and weren't answering the phone number the hotel had on file for them. So we ended up checking out within the first half hour and booking a different hotel for the night. It ended up taking a while to get my refund, but the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. So based on how they were able to resolve the issue for me, and the wonderful location and views, I would probably give this place another chance if I'm ever in the area again.
