The grounds are beautiful and nicely kept and the mobile home was clean except it needs all hardwood floors throughout since carpet is very stained due to being on the coast. I recommend bringing your own bedding for the pull out couches or sleeping bags on them and bring your own pillows. We didn't shower since tub was a little questionable. The restaurant on the grounds, which is highly rated, wasn't open till noon on Saturday which was weird to us since they advertised breakfast and not open fairly early on a Saturday is a missed opportunity. I've stayed in the cabins years ago and they are clean and had a good time in them as well. If you are an upscale person, in your mind, this won't be the place for you. It's a tad rugged but has it's own charm. I've had many years of great memories here and will continue to stay here even though it falls a little short on being modern, but that's part of it's charm and the price is right for me.
