Seattle is an eclectic, hospitable, accommodating, environmentally conscious, and fun city with plenty of things to see and do. Mom and I were in town last month (from Dallas, Texas) for a 7-Day Alaskan Cruise and were craving Thai Food the afternoon prior to boarding our ship. A Yelp search led us to Noi Thai Cuisine. We were excited about this meal since we had been to the Honolulu location in 2017 and loved it! This place did not disappoint and was just as delicious as I remember from that day seven years ago.We were greeted by Nidd - the manager - and informed her that we had a Reservation for noon. We were there 30 minutes prior to our actual time, so she asked us if we would like to be seated early, which we gladly approved and accepted. We were then shown to our table by Wella, the host. Our server, Annie, was delightful and made several Menu suggestions. The charming and inviting ambiance was marked by the aesthetic elements, energy, and color scheme of the dining space. We ordered two iced teas and shared an order of Crispy Taro Rolls for an appetizer; followed by two entrées:•Chicken Pad Thai (for me)•Green Chicken Curry (for Mom). All dishes excellent! Temperature and timing of dishes was also noted and appreciated. Ideal flavor profile and just the right amount of spice - accented by subtle, pleasant notes of tamarind. Everyone we encountered was accommodating, attentive, and receptive to our needs.Would definitely return the next time we are in town. Thank you for a lovely visit!
